These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, games, tools, and services provided by CLMTek LLC ("CLMTek", "we", "us", or "our"), including shellybot.app, coredumped.org, and all associated subdomains (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Services without explicit written permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services.
Use automated tools to access the Services in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
Impersonate CLMTek, Shellybot, or any other person or entity.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, game assets, and other materials made available through the Services are the property of CLMTek LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to CLMTek's intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Services as described herein.

Open-source components of our projects are governed by their respective licenses. Where applicable, license information is available in the project's GitHub repository.

4. User Content

Some Services allow you to submit content (e.g., feedback, character descriptions). By submitting content, you grant CLMTek a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. CLMTEK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLMTEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF CLMTEK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CLMTEK'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CLMTek LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
