This Privacy Policy describes how CLMTek LLC ("CLMTek", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Shellybot platform and our projects, including Aegis Commander, Voidborne, and Character Builder (collectively, the "Services").

We collect minimal information to provide and improve the Services:

Usage data: Anonymous analytics such as page views and session counts, collected via Cloudflare's built-in analytics. No personal identifiers are collected or stored.
Feedback submissions: If a project includes an optional feedback form, any text you submit may be stored to improve the product. Feedback is submitted voluntarily and is not tied to an account or identity.
Local storage: Some projects store game state or preferences in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not create user accounts or collect names, email addresses, or passwords.
We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or cross-site tracking.
We do not sell or share any data with third parties.

3. Cookies

Our primary sites do not use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the service to function. Cloudflare may set cookies as part of its security and performance infrastructure. For more, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Services are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process connection metadata (IP address, user agent) as part of its infrastructure. We do not control Cloudflare's data practices and direct you to their privacy policy for details.

5. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our Services, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
